The Era stool, designed by Arsalan Ghadimi and Saiedeh Jaafari, is a unique and captivating piece of furniture that seamlessly blends art, design, and functionality. The designers paid meticulous attention to detail during the realization of the Era stool. The rods are fixed at the top and bottom poles, each secured by a metal ring with a calculated angle hole. To ensure comfort, the stool is covered with foam and a leather cover, with a plywood plate embedded in the seat to prevent deformation.

With dimensions of 500mm in height, 450mm in width, and 450mm in depth, the Era stool is designed to provide both comfort and style. Its unique shape and materials make it a versatile piece suitable for various settings, including indoor hospitality, home, and contract use.

The development of the Era stool was not without its challenges. The designers aimed for a clear and seamless design, which meant no visible fastening elements were allowed. This required the invention of an ingenious solution to completely hide the fastening elements for the poles, a task that proved to be the most challenging part of the development process.

The Era stool is not just a functional piece of furniture; it is also a work of art that adds vibrancy and energy to any space. Its fusion of industrial elements with natural materials creates a unique and captivating aesthetic. Whether used individually or in combination with other interior components, the Era stool creates a landscape that is both visually striking and inviting.

The Era stool project started in April 2018 in Tehran, Iran. Throughout the development process, extensive research was conducted to achieve the desired form and functionality. Prototypes were constructed, and experiments with SLS technology were carried out to ensure the highest quality and perfect assembly tolerances for the manufacturing of the product.

The exceptional design of the Era stool has been recognized and awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category in 2021. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
